Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BeeOS application and related services (the "Service") operated by BEENOVA PTE. LTD. ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using BeeOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use BeeOS. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. The Service

BeeOS provides a cloud-based environment with AI agent capabilities: Cloud Phone Instances — virtual Android devices running on our cloud infrastructure, accessible remotely; AI Agents — automated agents that can operate apps and execute tasks within your cloud phone on your behalf; Skill System — optional modular extensions that add specific capabilities to your cloud phone. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use BeeOS to: violate any applicable law or regulation; infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others; distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code; engage in fraud, phishing, or deceptive practices; send spam or unsolicited communications; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' instances or our infrastructure; circumvent geographic restrictions or sanctions; operate large-scale unattended automation, bots, or scripted interactions intended to manipulate, inflate, or otherwise interfere with rankings, reviews, engagement metrics, advertising systems, ticketing systems, or financial transactions on any third-party platform (including but not limited to app store review manipulation, social media engagement farming, ad fraud, and ticket scalping); engage in any activity that disrupts or degrades the Service for other users. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all data and content you create or store within your cloud phone instances. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service. We do not access, monitor, or review the contents of your cloud phone instances except as required for security, legal compliance, or at your explicit request for support.

6. Third-Party Applications

Apps you install within your cloud phone are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. BeeOS is not responsible for the functionality, security, or policies of third-party applications. You are responsible for ensuring your use of third-party apps complies with their terms.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

BeeOS may offer free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through supported third-party payment processors, which may include card processors, mobile in-app purchase services, and other providers as available on your platform. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are displayed at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Refunds: Except where required by applicable law, all subscription fees and one-time purchases are non-refundable, including for any unused portion of a billing period after cancellation. If you purchased a subscription through a third-party app store or payment platform, refund eligibility is governed by that platform's refund policy and must be requested through that platform. We may, in our sole discretion, issue refunds or service credits in exceptional circumstances.

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the in-app settings (Settings → Delete Account) or by contacting us at support@beeos.ai. Upon deletion, all cloud phone instances will be terminated and your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Some data may be retained as required by law or for fraud prevention purposes.

9. Intellectual Property

BeeOS, including its design, features, code, and branding, is the property of BEENOVA PTE. LTD. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service. "BeeOS" and associated logos are trademarks of BEENOVA PTE. LTD.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that: the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure; cloud phone instances will always be available; AI agent actions will produce desired or accurate results; third-party apps within your cloud phone will function correctly. AI Agent Disclaimer: BeeOS AI Agents operate autonomously based on the instructions, configurations, and Skills you provide. Their behavior may be probabilistic, non-deterministic, or otherwise unpredictable. You acknowledge and agree that: you are solely responsible for the tasks you instruct AI Agents to perform and for reviewing their outputs and actions; AI Agents may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unintended results, and may interact with third-party apps or services in ways you did not anticipate; you should not rely on AI Agents for decisions or actions that have legal, financial, medical, safety-critical, or otherwise high-stakes consequences without independent human review; BEENOVA PTE. LTD. is not liable for any loss, damage, or third-party claim arising from AI Agent actions executed under your account.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEENOVA PTE. LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Force Majeure: We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, third-party infrastructure or cloud provider outages, or other force majeure events.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with its prevailing rules, except where prohibited by applicable law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes via the app or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
