BEENOVA PTE. LTD. ("we," "us," or "our") operates the BeeOS application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

1. Information We Collect

  • 1.1 Account Information. When you create a BeeOS account, we collect your email address, phone number (if used for registration), display name, authentication credentials (hashed and encrypted), and third-party login identifiers when you sign in with a supported provider (e.g., Google, GitHub, or other supported third-party login providers).
  • 1.2 Usage Data. We automatically collect device type, operating system, and app version; session duration and frequency; crash logs and performance diagnostics; IP address and approximate geographic location (inferred at the country/region level from your IP).
  • 1.3 AI Agent Data. AI Agent task configurations, execution logs, installed Skills, and the instructions you provide. AI Agents operate inside your cloud phone instance and may interact with the apps you have installed, as configured by you. Our relay infrastructure transmits this interaction data but does not inspect, store, or analyze the content of your in-app activity (such as messages, media, or files inside third-party apps).
  • 1.4 Payment Information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by third-party providers, which may include card processors, mobile in-app purchase services, and other supported payment processors. We do not directly store your full credit card or payment credentials.
  • 1.5 Cookies and Similar Technologies. We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain your authenticated session and ensure the Service functions correctly. These cookies are configured with standard security attributes. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies on our authenticated product surfaces.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: provide, maintain, and improve the Service; create and manage your account; process transactions and manage subscriptions; execute AI Agent tasks as configured by you; send service-related communications (e.g., updates, security alerts); monitor and analyze usage trends to improve performance; detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and technical issues; comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with: Service Providers — third-party vendors who assist in operating our infrastructure, such as cloud hosting, payment processing, and communications. These vendors are contractually bound to protect your data and process it only on our instructions; Legal Requirements — when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; Safety and Security — to protect the rights, property, or safety of BeeOS, our users, or the public; Business Transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to affected users.

4. Data Retention

Account Data: Retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, security, or fraud prevention purposes. Usage Logs: Retained for up to 12 months for analytics and security purposes, then anonymized or deleted. Payment Records: Retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations.

5. Account and Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through: In-App (Settings → Delete Account); or Email (support@beeos.ai). Upon receiving a deletion request, your account will be deactivated immediately. Personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Certain data may be retained if required by law or for fraud prevention.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures designed to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, secure password and credential hashing, role-based access controls, and isolation of cloud phone instances at the infrastructure level. We conduct regular security reviews of our systems and processes. While we strive to safeguard your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate or incomplete data; delete your personal data; restrict or object to certain processing; data portability; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. 8. International Data Transfers

BeeOS operates globally. Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

9. Children's Privacy

BeeOS is not intended for users under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware of such collection, we will promptly delete the data.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email. Your continued use of BeeOS after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
