BEENOVA PTE. LTD. ("we," "us," or "our") operates the BeeOS application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our Service.

1. Information We Collect

  • 1.1 Account Information. When you create a BeeOS account, we may collect information such as your email address, phone number, display name, hashed credentials, and third-party login identifiers (for example, Google or GitHub login identifiers).
  • 1.2 Usage Data. We may automatically collect usage and diagnostic information, including device type, operating system, app version, session duration, feature usage, crash logs, performance data, IP address, and approximate location at the country or region level.
  • 1.3 AI Agent Data. When you use AI Agent features, we may process task configurations, execution logs, installed Skills, instructions, and related context. AI Agents operate inside your cloud phone instance. When you send messages to an Agent, your text input, conversation context, and attachments may be sent to third-party AI providers to generate responses.
  • 1.4 Payment Information. If you subscribe to a paid plan or make a purchase, payment processing may be handled by third-party payment processors, mobile in-app purchase providers, or other payment providers. We do not directly store your full payment card details.
  • 1.5 Cookies and Similar Technologies. We may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies to keep you signed in, maintain security, and operate the Service. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies on authenticated product surfaces.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: provide, maintain, and improve the Service; create and manage your account; process transactions and manage subscriptions; execute AI Agent tasks as configured by you; send service-related communications, such as updates and security alerts; monitor and analyze usage trends to improve performance; detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and technical issues; comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. Third-Party AI Providers: With your permission, BeeOS may send your messages, task instructions, conversation context, and attachments to third-party AI providers to generate responses. These providers include Anthropic (Claude), DeepSeek, Google (Gemini), and other AI model providers as listed in the app's model selection. Data sent to third-party AI providers is used solely to generate AI responses and is subject to each provider's data policies. You will be asked to review and consent before using AI features for the first time. We may also share information with service providers who help us operate the Service, comply with legal requirements, protect safety and security, or complete a business transfer.

4. Data Retention

Account Data: Retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, we delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or accounting purposes. Usage Logs: Retained for service reliability, analytics, security, and abuse prevention, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed. AI Conversation Data: Text input and conversation context sent to third-party AI providers are not stored by BeeOS after the AI response is generated, except for execution logs retained for service quality and debugging purposes. Payment Records: Retained as required by applicable tax, accounting, and financial regulations.

5. Account and Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through In-App Settings → Delete Account or by emailing support@beeos.ai. Upon receiving a deletion request, we will deactivate your account and delete or anonymize personal data in accordance with applicable law. Certain data may be retained where required by law or for fraud prevention, security, or legitimate business purposes.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and security monitoring. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate or incomplete data; delete your personal data; restrict or object to certain processing; data portability; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, including consent for AI data processing. You may revoke AI data sharing consent at any time through the app settings, which will disable AI Agent features until you consent again. To exercise other rights, contact us at support@beeos.ai.

8. International Data Transfers

BeeOS operates globally. Your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries other than your country of residence. We take steps designed to ensure appropriate safeguards for such transfers in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

9. Children's Privacy

BeeOS is not intended for children under the age of 13, or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete it.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the app, by email, or by other appropriate means. The updated policy will be effective when posted unless otherwise stated.
