BeeOS Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

• 1.1 Account Information: When you create a BeeOS account, we collect your email address, phone number (if used for registration), display name, authentication credentials (hashed and encrypted), and third-party login identifiers (Google, Apple Sign-In).
• 1.2 Usage Data: We automatically collect device type, operating system, and app version; session duration and frequency; crash logs and performance diagnostics; IP address and approximate location (country/region level).
• 1.3 AI Agent Data: AI Agent task configurations and execution logs; installed Skills and their data.
• 1.4 Payment Information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by third-party providers (e.g., Google Play Billing, Apple In-App Purchase). We do not directly store your credit card or payment details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: provide, maintain, and improve the Service; create and manage your account; process transactions and manage subscriptions; execute AI Agent tasks as configured by you; send service-related communications (e.g., updates, security alerts); monitor and analyze usage trends to improve performance; detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and technical issues; comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with: Service Providers — third-party vendors who assist in operating our infrastructure (cloud hosting, analytics, payment processing), contractually bound to protect your data; Legal Requirements — when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; Safety and Security — to protect the rights, property, or safety of BeeOS, our users, or the public; Business Transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to affected users.

4. Data Retention

Account Data: Retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, security, or fraud prevention purposes. Usage Logs: Retained for up to 12 months for analytics and security purposes, then anonymized or deleted. Payment Records: Retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations.

5. Account and Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through: In-App (Settings → Delete Account); or Email (privacy@beeos.ai). Upon receiving a deletion request, your account will be deactivated immediately. Personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Certain data may be retained if required by law or for fraud prevention.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption of data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), regular security audits, and access controls for internal systems. While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate or incomplete data; delete your personal data; restrict or object to certain processing; data portability; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. BeeOS is not intended for users under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware of such collection, we will promptly delete the data.
